    Summary
    Ice cream just doesn't seem to get hard enough. Soft serve still needs a certain amount of thickness to it, which this machine never achieves. Cannot recommend this Soft Serve machine. If you are willing to pay more for a great soft serve machine, my recommendation would be the Cuisinart Ice-45 Mix-It-In Soft-Serve 1-1/2-Quart Ice-Cream Maker.
