Hamilton Beach 4 Slice Cool Touch Toaster

Hamilton Beach 4 Slice Cool Touch Toaster

No more HB products for me. I bought a Hamilton Beach 4 Slice Cool Touch Toaster and it dries out the toast before it toasts to a brown shade. I emailed the company twice and never received a reply. They have a problem with this and do not want to admit to it. I have read about others who complained about the same problem.
