Many of the accessories included in the kit are made of plastic and scratch easily
Glasses cannot be stacked
Accessories cannot be stacked
Glasses and cups are very hard to clean due to the reinforcing ribs made of plastic that are lined from top to bottom.
Ice is never ground fully smooth, chunks of ice are still in the mixture
Doesn't chop vegetables very well
Rubber feet tend to stick to the counter and on occasion fall off due to this

This Magic Bullet claims to do several things all in one such as blending, chopping, food processing, and coffee grinding. It works great as a mini-blender, but needs improvement in the food processing department. Even so, I found that it is worth buying anyway. You get to use the same cup or mug to mix your beverage or whatever and then drink it from the same container. This eliminates having to clean up another item such as a blending jug. Nice batch of accessories and assorted items also come with this unit.
